RollRobot01 - fully automatic formatting machine

Formatting machines used for transverse or longitudinal as well, dividing the input winding fabric on the resulting smaller roles to the final customer.

Formatting machines RollRobot01 are jointly developed and manufactured by CEDIMA Meziměstí s.r.o., ConTeK, spol. s r.o. a PHATEC s.r.o.

The machines can format the various types of woven or nonwoven fabrics:

• hardest fabric - glass leno fabrics, ...
• medium weight fabric - glass and paper wallpaper, ...
• soft fabrics - bulking fabrics, geotextiles, ...

Rollrobot01 machine consists of a unroller with a side lap balancing fabric, inspection table, transverse and longitudinal cutting fabric, winder of output roles, automatic loading head, equipment for sealing the end of the roll.

For entering and tracking technology and traffic data is an operator panel with touch screen.

Creating the output roles is fully determined by the specified winding recipe.
